We approached Kerry to advise us and help us sell our home. She came right over and walked through our home and looked around gave suggestions. When she arrived she had comparisons with her. We signed the agreement and put our home us for sale. Kerry came by a short time later and took photographs inside and outside of our home. Looking at the pictures I thought "Oh my gosh look how nice our yard and home are" In a short time there were quite a few foreclosures that came up for sale in our area which hurt the selling of our home. Kerry stayed positive with the changing market. Kerry was always available to answer my many questions and found many places for us to look at.
